Les finalistes régionales grand nord du concours Ambassadrice de environnement vision planète verte connues ce mercredi 17 Juillet à Kara.
Pour une première fois depuis 04 ans, la ville de Kara à accueilli la prestigieuse petite finale / super régional dans une ambiance festive et éducative, où les candidates ont eu la lourde tâche de défendre leur engagement et dévouement pour la cause environnementale et climatique.
Au programme de cette phase régionale, les candidates ont effectuées avec l’appui de la Marie de Kozah 1, une activité de reboisement dans la circonscription de Landa.
Plus de 200 plants ont ete mis en terre.
14 au départ, seulement 07 ont franchi la barre de la demi finale de ce concours dans la zone nord.
Après plus de 04 sorties sur différentes épreuves, les candidates ont répondu à une question unique de la soirée.
La question a porté sur leurs actions face à l’atteinte des ambitions décennale et quinquennale du gouvernement togolais sur l’extension du forestières et le reboisement d’un milliard d’arbres d’ici 2030.
Le public a été sensibilisé, formé, outillé sur les différentes mesures d’adaptation et de résilience face aux changements climatiques.
La soirée a été rehaussé par la prestation des artistes et le spectacle offert au public par ces 14 finalistes.
Rappelons que la zone grand nord renferme les candidates de la région Centrale, Kara et Savanes.
Rendez-vous en Août pour la sélection des candidates de la zone sud.
